Eat For Tomorrow

Friday, October 11, 15:00-22:00

Format: Work shop and dinner

Nothing is more pivotal for human beings and our planet than what and how we eat. We don’t know what the future brings, whether we are heading for a food utopia or dystopia. But we do know that a sustainable food future involves more plants, reducing waste substantially and using natural resources wisely. Specifically, we offer two experiences:

  • Oyster school, focusing on eating invasive oysters from the oceans around Denmark. We can’t fight them, so we have to eat them
  • Disco soup – an interactive and fun event where participants cook and enjoy a dish from rescued food waste

Participation is for free. However, oysters are sold at cost prices.

Location Vester Voldgade  Contact person Pelle Øby Andersen, pelle@thefoodproject.dk
