This talk will offer you insights into what climate friendly cooking is. How can you make an impact by following some simple climate friendly cooking guidelines and can you change your cooking habits? What are the pitfalls of climate friendly cooking and how does the chefs relate to climate friendly cooking? The panel debate will be hosted by journalist Anna Fenger Schefte who is the editor behind the new cookbook “Klimakogebogen – 10 stjernekokkes bud på klimavenlig hverdagsmad // The Climate Cookbook – 10 star chefs take on climate friendly everyday food” and guests will be a couple of the most renowned and innovative chefs in Denmark that will offer their views and thoughts on food, climate change and cooking.
