The Natural History Museum of Denmark invites kids and their families to join us for a weekend of botanical activities on nature and sustainability.
We offer an array of hands-on activities that will introduce you to the world of plants and their key role as a sustainable food source. What are you eating, where in the world does your food originate and how do you eat in a sustainable manner?
You can also get your hands in the dirt and make your very own plants to bring home or get wiser on the diversity of plant seeds and why they look like they do.
The Botanical Garden in Copenhagen holds the largest Danish collection of living plants with more than 10.000 different species. Here you can find plants from all over the world from the alpine regions to the tropical forests.
