Food of Tomorrow: Tomorrow’s Supermarket

Format: Communal Kitchen, sustainable food market and inspiring talks.
Change of food habits is essential to stop climate change, but the food of tomorrow will not be uninspiring, inaccessible or lack flavor!
Café Hverdagen (Everyday) and the cultural community at Onkel Dannys Plads are happy to invite you to our sustainable and tasty communal kitchen with focus on climate friendly food. All evening from 5pm you can also browse around the tent and discover products from tomorrow’s supermarket, for example from Rebæl, Foodture, Planteslagterne and Plantepølsen.
Seating for Café Hverdagens communal kitchen will be at 6pm, and afterwards – 7.30pm – you can contribute to a dialogue about how to discuss climate with your unaware uncle or uptight neighbour, organized by omstilling.nu.
Franciska Rosenkilde, Mayor of the Culture and Leisure Administration of Copenhagen Municipality, will join us to welcome everyone and kick off the events at Onkel Dannys Plads.
