Food of tomorrow – talks and taste

Format: Communal Kitchen mixed with inspiring talks
Change of food habits is essential to stop climate change, but the food of tomorrow will not be uninspiring, inaccessible or lack flavor – it is rather the other way around.
Café Hverdagen (Everyday) and the cultural community at Onkel Dannys Plads are happy to invite you to our sustainable and tasty communal kitchen with focus on climate friendly food. We will combine the joy of tasting with inspiring talks, debates and thoughts.
The sessions take place Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (two sessions). Friday the 11th of October is also Culture Night in Copenhagen and will also include creative cultural features.
